What we collect
If you use the contact form or subscribe to a mailing list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Why we hold it
We process your details to reply to your enquiry, or to send a mailing you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, or our legitimate interest in responding to you. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time: one click on any mailing, or an email to hello@warmround.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

By using this site you agree to these terms. The site and its tools are provided by Franco Cardona.
Early access and status
Tools are labelled Live, Beta or In build. Beta tools work but are still changing and are provided as is. In-build tools are not yet available, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell them.
Liability
We take reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
