What we collect

If you use the contact form or subscribe to a mailing list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

We process your details to reply to your enquiry, or to send a mailing you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, or our legitimate interest in responding to you. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time: one click on any mailing, or an email to hello@warmround.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

By using this site you agree to these terms. The site and its tools are provided by Franco Cardona.

Basis of the figures

Figures on this site are read from production systems and hand-kept records. Where a number is approximate or estimated, the caption next to it says so.

Money figures are orders won by the wholesale accounts the tools were run for. They are not revenue of this studio, which has not sold a tool. Money is floored, never rounded up.

A figure described as an annualised run rate is the orders collected in a stated window, multiplied out to a year. It is arithmetic on a measured figure, not a forecast, and no tool here has run for a year. The window is named wherever the rate is shown, and where the window is known only approximately we use the longest reading of it, which understates the rate.

Any figure described as a target is a statement of ambition. It is not a forecast, a projection, or a promise of results. Targets have not happened, are not measured, and nothing here guarantees that a tool will produce a particular result for you.

Early access and status

Tools are labelled Live, Beta or In build. Beta tools work but are still changing and are provided as is. In-build tools are not yet available, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell them.

Liability

We take reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
