The reach of a sales team, without one.
A set of tools finds the right companies and earns the search traffic, so reach widens without hiring anyone. Three months in, and these are the numbers they returned.

What was built.
Lead engine
Finds and approaches every company in a territory of your choosing.
- Why
- Growing past your delivery radius means approaching companies that have never heard of you.
- How
- Searches Google Places across any set of postcode districts
- Ranks each business against food hygiene, care inspection and Companies House records
- Mails on a schedule and sorts every reply into one of eight outcomes
Growth agent
Puts you in the search results a company reads before it picks a supplier.
- Why
- Companies search by area and by product, so a supplier with no page for either never gets quoted.
- How
- Builds a landing page on Monday, an article on Wednesday
- Researches the market Thursday, reads its own numbers Friday
- Nothing publishes until it clears the release gate
The studio
Puts the tools in front of other distributors.
- Why
- Every distributor trying to widen their reach hits the same wall at the same point.
- How
- Six tools, each labelled working, in testing or in build
- No invented customers and no fake reviews
- Pricing published, and every tier starts with a conversation

May is thin by choice. The outreach engine was not earning replies, so it came off and the month went on finding out why.
Five accounts, opened from cold.
None of these companies had heard of the business before the engine mailed them. Each bar is one account, showing collected against invoiced.

How it got there
The districts and the trade profiles were chosen deliberately. The engine worked every one of the 4,190 companies it found in them, which brought back 39 enquiries, and 5 of those became accounts. That is coverage no two people could have driven.
From a dead site to a found one.
About ten hits a week before, almost all crawlers. Pages and measurement went in, and the week to 15 Sep returned 265, the best week on the chart below. The line falls away after it, because one week of content can move a week without moving the baseline.
These figures come from the trade, where the tools ran first. None of them describes this site.

Sixteen of the 39 enquiries were direct: phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form.
Over the 28 days to 6 October the site appeared in Google's results 3,528 times. Those appearances returned 47 clicks, because an appearance is only the chance of one. Over the ninety days to the same date it turned up for at least 193 different searches customers typed.
The first position has held on 21 straight captures since 16 September. That counts captures, because the sweep does not land every day and one check inside the run failed outright. AI assistants returned 75 answers to the questions a customer asks, and 22 of those answers named the account being measured. Google’s own answer above the results named it in 14 of the 30 answers seen across 6 sweeps since 31 August, a count of answers rather than of searches, because the searches Google writes one for keep changing.

The publishing keys sit in a plain script the model never reads. Anything failing a check is held back, and a kill switch stops everything inside a minute.
Four fallbacks, and why they exist
Kill switch, and the discipline to use it
The first engine reported its own reply rate. The number came back bad, so the engine was retired within weeks and rebuilt around branded sends.
Repair that refuses to guess
Malformed addresses are recovered only where they can be verified. Anything doubtful is left alone, because a wrong repair mails a stranger.
Verification on the price path
Every price change is confirmed against a live product, because a stale cache once kept a set of them out of the mail.
Input validation and origin lockdown
A parameter that could reach the file system, and an origin check that accepted lookalike domains. Both closed the same morning.
What ships next.
In the order they land.
In build
The follow-up round
A second sequence for every business already contacted. Written, and waiting on approval before it mails.
Next
Off-site presence
Map listings, reviews and trade directories. The half of search that no software can write for you.
Then
Checkout
Pricing is published. Taking an order without a conversation is the next thing built.
The long run
Search compounds
The 57 pages already live keep earning. Ranking is slow, so six to eighteen months is the honest horizon.
The target
Six figures
Six figures of orders in a year, won through the tools by the businesses running them. A target, not a forecast.
The last is a target, not a forecast. How every figure on this page is counted is set out in the terms.
